Katherine Berry is a sustainability leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations turn ambitious environmental goals into practical, measurable action. Her background spans corporate sustainability, climate and environmental policy with expertise in sustainability strategy, governance, carbon accounting, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional program implementation. Her experience spans the automotive, manufacturing, chemicals, and coatings industries, as well as trade associations and other complex, highly regulated organizations.

Katherine holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy with a concentration in Sustainability from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The George Washington University. She brings a practical, systems-focused approach to sustainability, helping organizations build the strategies, structures, and processes needed to move from commitments to implementation.
